VENKAT DAVARAPALLI : As the founder and CEO at CES, Venkat brings a decade and more of robust growth management in the IT industry. He has been a successful Technology entrepreneur over the last 15 years and has created significant value for employees, customers and partners in every venture he has managed in the past. He has strong experience in implementing new technology initiatives, processes and managing sustainable revenue growth of business lines in the realm of IT & BPO services. He pioneered the concept of Offshore-ERP that drove the success of his JV with HCL Group and enabled HCL to create a formidable ERP business practice. |
N T SHIV KUMAR : An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Shiv has spent over 19 years in the IT/BPO offshore outsourcing space-working with the HCL group for 16 years before his tenure as head of global sales & marketing at Oakhill Capitals portfolio company EXL Service, which had an impressive NASDAQ listing in 2006. As a managing partner and member of the board, Shiv is shaping the strategy and conception of new growth engines in the BPO segment to create non-linear growth path for the CES group. Shiv's unique methodology on 'Microsourcing' model is a key differentiating factor in the offshore scaling strategy to deliver increased operational efficiency for the company and its fast growing global client portfolio. |
RAM KANCHARLA, CA, CPA : Ram Kancharla is a co-founder at CES, and has extensive experience in the Information Technology industry. Over the past 15 years, he launched a number of IT companies and grew them into multi-million operations. He formed a Joint Venture with HCL Technologies in 2001 and was director of that company until the successful divestiture. Ram has extensive experience in designing and developing key technology initiatives for large organizations including Ford Motor Company, University of Alabama, and University of Connecticut. He is currently the President and CEO of Computech Corporation with operations in USA, Canada and India. Under his leadership Computech is focused on rapid growth and stronger competitive position while maintaining profitability and increased value for all the stakeholders. He has a Master's degree in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and is a Chartered Accountant from India, and also a member of Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. |
